Excellent phones may have light signs of previous use, such as light surface marks or small scratches on the screen and minor marks or light scratches on the body, frame or housing. These cosmetic differences do not change the fact that both Premium and Excellent phones are fully functional and put through our comprehensive 90 point quality check.
Not necessarily. Some Excellent phones may have no visible cosmetic wear, while others may have light surface marks or small scratches. A phone with no visible cosmetic wear can still be graded Excellent if it does not meet the 95%+ battery health required for Premium. Every Excellent phone is guaranteed to have at least 90% battery health.
No. Premium is a refurbished phone condition grade. Premium phones have a clean cosmetic appearance with no signs of previous use and no markings on the screen, but they are still refurbished phones. In some cases, a Premium phone may have originally been an Open Box return that was returned after being unboxed and barely used, for reasons such as a change of mind or receiving a different product, and so on. Premium phones may also include devices previously used as display models on retail shop floors. Regardless of their previous history, all Premium phones must meet our Premium condition standards, including guaranteed 95%+ battery health.
