Phone orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked delivery, with delivery normally taking 1–2 working days from placing your order.
Delivery times are estimates rather than an absolute guarantee. Occasionally, circumstances outside Backed Buy’s reasonable control may affect delivery times.
Every phone delivery is tracked.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
You can also log in to your Backed Buy account to view your order and tracking information.
Please allow a short time after dispatch for your tracking information to become active.
We currently deliver within the UK only.
If nobody is available when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail’s normal missed delivery process will apply.
You can use your tracking information to check the latest delivery status and see the available next steps.
Occasionally, deliveries can experience unexpected delays.
If your tracking shows an unusual delay or you believe your parcel may have been lost in transit, contact Backed Buy and we’ll investigate the delivery with Royal Mail.
If your parcel or device arrives damaged, or anything from your order is missing, please contact Backed Buy promptly so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate next steps.
If there is visible damage, keeping the packaging and taking photographs may help us investigate what happened.
